Cancellation Policy
At our salon, we pride ourselves on reserving dedicated time for each of our guests to ensure a truly personalized salon experience. We value our time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for our stylists’ schedules. We respectfully require 48 HOURS notice prior to the start of your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel an appointment
Refund Policy
No Refunds on Services Rendered: We do not issue refunds for services provided, as our charges reflect both the time spent and the professional products used during your appointment.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.
This applies to missed appointments due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or timezone differences.
No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services and will not be rebooked.
Our policy is in effect and highly enforced. No exceptions will be made.

Children
We adore hearing about your little ones, but for everyone's comfort, please arrange for them to stay at home during your appointment. This helps us give you our undivided attention and ensures a serene salon atmosphere for all our clients.
Guests
While we cherish your friends and family, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. Limited seating and the need for a smooth workflow mean that bringing guests can be disruptive. We want to make sure your experience, as well as that of others, is as enjoyable as possible.
Pets
We absolutely love animals and understand they’re part of your family. However, for the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets remain at home during your appointment.
